We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders at our sole discretion.

Refunds are not automatic. All refund requests are reviewed individually and approved or denied based on our internal eligibility criteria.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.


Eligibility for Refund Consideration

To be considered for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in original condition

  • The item is returned (if requested)

We reserve the right to request:

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Additional verification information

  • Return of the product before any decision is made

Failure to provide requested information may result in denial.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Customs issues, duties, seizures, or rejections

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Orders flagged for fraud, abuse, or excessive refund history

All sales are considered final unless explicitly approved by us.


Returns (If Authorized)

Returns are only accepted if explicitly authorized by our support team.

If approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Tracking must be provided

  • Items returned without authorization may be refused

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to issue:

  • Partial refunds

  • Store credit instead of a monetary refund


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must contact support before filing a chargeback.

Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent customer bans

  • Dispute evidence submitted to the payment processor

  • Refund eligibility being revoked

False claims are disputed aggressively.


Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:
