Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, fraud screening, and fulfillment coordination. We reserve the right to extend processing time or cancel orders that fail verification.


Shipping Timeframes (Not Guaranteed)

Estimated delivery times begin after processing:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, peak demand, weather events, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.


Tracking & Transit Responsibility

Once an order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to activate. During transit:

  • Carrier scans may be delayed or skipped

  • Tracking updates may pause temporarily

This is normal carrier behavior and not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.


Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

  • Packages returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs

Reshipping returned orders may require an additional shipping fee.


Customs, Duties & Seizures

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, delays, or seizures.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Additional import fees

  • Packages held, rejected, or seized by customs authorities

No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related issues.


Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered”

Once tracking shows a status of “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Misplaced packages after delivery

  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier

Customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier or postal service in these cases.


Shipping Delays & Investigations

If an order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we may initiate a carrier investigation at our discretion.

Investigations can take 10–30 business days. During this time:

  • Refunds will not be issued

  • Chargebacks are considered fraudulent if filed prematurely


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing begins, orders are final and locked. No exceptions.


Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We actively monitor for fraud, abuse, and chargeback activity.

Customers who file chargebacks without first contacting support may:

  • Be permanently banned from future purchases

  • Have evidence submitted to their payment provider

  • Have claims disputed with full order documentation

False claims are taken seriously.
